Safe-T-Lock
Our Safe-T-Lock with its patented film bin locking system, uses a light sensitive eye that measures safe-light conditions. It allows your technicians to open the film bin only when safe-light conditions exist. Used correctly, the Safe-T-Lock makes it impossible to expose your film supply to white light. When the film bin is open in safe-light, a soft beep is emitted to remind the technician to close the film bin after use. For the price of a box of film, you can't afford another day without this indispensable safeguard against accidental film exposure!

Features and Benefits:

Light-sensing eye assures that the film bin can only be opened under safe-light conditions. No chance for accidental film exposure or fogging. 

A soft buzz that calls attention to the fact that the film bin should be closed.

Can be easily installed in 15 minutes to existing film bins. All attaching hardware is included. 

Battery-operated. No expensive electric wiring is needed. Battery storage area is easily accessible. Advises that battery replacement is needed. For extra safety, the Safe-T-Lock remains in the locked position if batteries are exhausted. 
Thermal Film Bins
These Thermal Film Bins are completely light proof. They are made of tough durable ABS plastic, which is non-corrosive. A positive latch system is featured to prevent accidental opening. Easy to mount to the wall with two screw holes. (hardware included). Available in 2 sizes. Large: will hold up to 14"x17" film box. Small: will hold up to 10"x12" film box.
Cassette Transfer Cabinets

Features and Benefits: 

Voice transmission passage allows conversation between people inside and outside the darkroom without compromising safelight conditions. 

Manual interlocking doors eliminates the possibility of simultaneously opening opposite sides of the cabinet. 

Cabinets are completely light baffled prevents light leakage into the darkroom. 

Unit built with a lead-lined flange insures continuity of the wall's lead shielding.

Doors are clearly marked "EXPOSED" and "UNEXPOSED" eliminates the possibility of double exposure. 

You may add these Options:

Cabinets can be lined with lead (1/16", 1/8", 1/4" thick) or unlined depending on customer requirements.

Automatic interlocking doors that allow simultaneous usage of both transfer compartments. 

Signal lighting that advises when a compartment has cassettes inside. 

Rough-in frames to allow the wall opening for the transfer cabinet to be framed out in the early stages of construction. 

Opposing wall trim that assures a neat, lightproof finish on the darkroom side. 

Wall supports that assure proper support when no bench or cabinet top is used to support the passbox.
